Wedding Price List

The Farm pricing has something for nearly every budget. From elopement wedding to an all-inclusive experience and everything in between.  Pricing includes rental of the entire 2-bedroom farmhouse for 2 nights, making for an exceptional wedding experience.

Elopement Packages:

$500 package:  

Ceremony with less than 10 guests Monday - Thursday   

Includes: ceremony site, small dressing/bathroom for bride, groom space, 1 outdoor bathroom for guests and bar area for 2 hours. 

$1000 package:  Ceremony with less than 10 guests. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.   

Includes: ceremony site, small dressing/bathroom for bride, groom space, 1 outdoor bathroom for guests and bar area for 2 hours. 

$1500 package: Ceremony with less than 10 guests. on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Includes: ceremony site, small dressing/bathroom for bride, groom space, 1 outdoor bathroom for guests and bar area for 2 hours. Farmhouse overnight stay for bride and groom on wedding night.

  • Use of entire estate for 5 hours​

    • Farmhouse for 2 overnight stays           [night before and night of wedding           for up to 4 guests]

    • Table linens/Napkins: white or black

    • Dinner ware/glass ware: Variety of vintage and modern

    • Wedding draperies

    • Isle Runner: white, black, burlap or burlap with lace 

    • Use of decor:  candles, lanterns, flowers, greenery, signs, etc 

    • Barn for Groom space 

    • Ceremony site with arbor

    • Bar/dance area

    • Pavilion with tables, chairs and buffet style serving area

    • 2 outdoor bathrooms

    • Firepit  set-up with firewood and outdoor blankets

    • Outdoors game set-up: Corn hole, Large 4 across, darts, Large checkers

    • Golf cart with driver for trans-portation from parking area

    • Beer/wine services per special occasion permit guidelines 

  • $4550 package: up to 25 guests with all above amenities. There are no hidden or extra charges for any packages with the exception of taxes.

  • $5550 package: up to 50 guests with all above amenities

  • $6550 package: up to 75 guests with all above amenities

  • $7550 package: up to 100 guests with all above amenities​
